On the main level is an open living/dining area with fireplace, updated kitchen with breakfast nook, the first queen bedroom, additional bedroom with two twin beds, one full bath, and a separate office. Downstairs is a finished basement with queen bedroom, family room with TV and built-in "fort" for kids, second bath with shower, and large laundry room complete with washer/dryer and iron. There is direct access from the living space to the one-car garage. The house has hardwood floors and central heat and air conditioning. The main level opens onto the back yard with space for dining al fresco and an additional seating area. The home is centrally located near the Olympic Center, Memorial Park and equally distanced to the Broadmoor Hotel and the air force academy. A park with playground and green space is located a half block away. We look forward to hosting you!

We stayed two weeks in the Springs to visit our kids and grandchildren. Our son is stationed at the air force academy and we wanted to stay somewhere central in town. It was easy to get to downtown for dining and recreation, and all the major attractions in town. The street was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and we made good use of the park and playground a half block away as well as Memorial Park. The grandkids loved climbing into the “fort” in the family room. We’ve stayed at many short-term rentals and they often feel sterile. Here, there were books and games — the place felt like we were staying in someone’s home. Thank you to our host, Tracey. We will be back!
