Centrally located, guests will enjoy this lovely home situated above a quiet street in the Knob Hill neighborhood. Enjoy central heat and air conditioning. Main floor includes:
LIVING RM: Open living/dining area with fireplace, hardwood floors, French doors lead to back yard.
KITCHEN: Wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, bistro table for 2, coffee maker, microwave.
BEDROOM 1: Queen bed, linens included.
BEDROOM 2: Two (2) Twin beds, linens included.
OFFICE:, Separate space with desk, closet with yoga mat/ball.
BATH 1: Walk-in shower, claw-foot tub, towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap included.
Lower Level includes:
FAMILY ROOM: Sofa plus additional seating, TV, "fort" for small children, decorative fireplace, games and puzzles.
BEDROOM 3: Queen bed, linens included.
BATH 2: Walk in shower; towels, shampoo/conditioning,
LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and dryer, iron, sink, detergent and dryer sheets included.
GARAGE: Direct access from family room. One-car with remote.
BACK YARD: Table for 4, Adirondack chairs, extra seating, grassy area and BBQ. Nearby is the Olympic Center, Memorial Park and equally distanced to the Broadmoor Hotel and the air force academy. A park with playground and green space is located a half block away. Be aware there are stairs to the front door as depicted in the photos, plus stairs to the lower level. We stayed two weeks in the Springs to visit our kids and grandchildren. Our son is stationed at the air force academy and we wanted to stay somewhere central in town. It was easy to get to downtown for dining and recreation, and all the major attractions in town. The street was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and we made good use of the park and playground a half block away as well as Memorial Park. The grandkids loved climbing into the “fort” in the family room. We’ve stayed at many short-term rentals and they often feel sterile. Here, there were books and games — the place felt like we were staying in someone’s home. Thank you to our host, Tracey. We will be back!

The house was beautiful and clean. Exactly as in the pictures. Both our kids loved it as well. Tracy was amazing. Instructions were crystal clear and she responded promptly to all my questions. Location was great and so close to all tourist spots.
