Stay in a stylish semi-detached home in the beautiful seaside resort of Heringsdorf. This charming new home, built in a traditional style with a thatched roof, spans three stories. With a total of 129 square metres of living space, there is plenty of room for up to 8 people to enjoy a relaxing time together. An open-concept living-dining area welcomes you on the ground floor. Bright, warm, and harmonious colours, complemented by high-quality leather furnishings and custom-built wooden fixtures—everything here was designed and executed by architects. In addition to the fully equipped country-style kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and small kitchen appliances, you’ll have everything you need to prepare your meals. A good glass of wine and pleasant conversation—you can share all of this while cooking together at the adjacent dining area, which seats up to 8 people. There are also plenty of opportunities to relax together outdoors: Whether on the terrace or in the garden, seating for up to 8 people, plus two lounge chairs and plenty of greenery, invite you to spend time together. Before the nights on Usedom turn cold, treat yourself to the cosy warmth of the wood-burning fireplace and take a seat on one of the two comfortable sofas. The ground floor also features a spacious bathroom with a sink, walk-in shower, toilet, and a Finnish sauna, offering you wonderful opportunities for relaxation. A washer-dryer is also available on the ground floor. For a restful night’s sleep, all you have to do is go up one flight of stairs. Here you’ll find three of the four bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The floor exudes its own unique charm thanks to its exposed beam construction. The beautiful hardwood floors add even more cosiness. Custom-built closets and a flat-screen TV in two of the three bedrooms round out this sleeping area. Start your day on the balcony, which is accessible from two of the bedrooms. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet completes the ground floor. Under the roof, with its beautiful dormers, you’ll find another bedroom (currently without blackout curtains) featuring a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV.
