Have fun with the whole family at this brand new stylish place with an ultra modern style. Designed and equipped by Havasleeps that has been serving Havasu guests for years. Our 4 vacation homes here are unique in style! Convertible dining for pool table, ping pong or dinner. Sorry we don’t have a pool.

Parking and more parking! Mega garage with 13-6” tall door & 44' floor space; 24' deep double car garage; 40' wide by 40' deep paver driveway - and there's also 80’ side gravel area parking.

New Custom Built with all the latest styles in finishes and amenities found in Havasu’s finest homes. Check out the pics!

We love to travel in the warmer climates on the US such as Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Hawaii. When we visited Lake Havasu for the first time, we fell in love with the area. It's one of the only places that we felt as relaxed as Hawaii, but on the mainland. Be sure to take a break here and enjoy Havasu time!

We now have 4 amazing Vacation homes in LHC. This home on the North side, and the larger 4 bedroom one just up the driveway behind this home. (By the way, it has an Mini-Golf, an infinity pool and FOREVER views to Lake.) Our very unique Santa Fe style home on the southside just 1/2 mile from the Riviera boat launch. Our latest addition to the HavaSleeps family of homes is the luxurious OctaHouse in Residential Estates just 1 block from LHC Golf Course and a few minutes from Riviera Landing.
