Private: garden 300 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (above ground) (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. and 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Diano Marina" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Bagni L'Angelo 1 km, Chiesa San Giovanni 800 m. Please note: car recommended.

Good property in a great location

A quiet and peaceful home walking distance to a community and beach. Good sized and well appointed bedrooms and living space. Would benefit from air-con or as a minimum fly screens to windows and doors. I would consider staying here again

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und schöner Osterurlaub

Uns hat es im Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen. Sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch nicht weit in die Ortschaft nach Cervo. Pool noch etwas kühl, war aber zu dieser Jahreszeit auch nicht anders zu erwarten. Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Check-In.

Nicht wie beschrieben

Nicht zu empfehlen. Preis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Wir haben für 4 Tage 1600€ knapp bezahlt, hat sich absolut nicht gelohnt. Dreckiges Geschirr, falsche Beschreibung und freche Antworten wenn man was fragt. Die Möbel sind zwar Luxus aber das war’s. Nicht mal ne Kaffee Maschine, keine Mikrowelle und wirklich armselige Ausstattung. Also am besten die ganze eigene Wohnung mitbringen damit es zum Urlaub wird. Morgens um 6:30 Uhr geht der Baulärm los und wenn man sich sonnen will dann gaffen die Nachbarn den ganzen Tag. Wir haben gesagt das wir mit Hunden anreisen und man hat uns nie einmal gesagt das das Grundstück nicht erschlossen ist und gefährlich für kleine Kinder. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.
