Enjoy the fantastic view from the covered balcony over the roofs and Lagos Lagoon! The modern furnished and very well equipped apartment on the 3rd floor of a residential building (elevator) offers a tasteful ambience for 1-2 people. On the spacious balcony with comfortable seating you can relax and let your gaze wander towards the sea. The bedroom is separated from the comfortable living area by a curtain. Shops, restaurants, cafes and the nearest beaches are also within easy walking distance.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The deposit must be paid by credit card
