Beautiful, family-friendly holiday home in a quiet yet central location! The 70 m² holiday apartment is located on the left side of the ground floor of the house at Reiterkoppel 49b.

The bright and modern apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and one toddler.
The apartment features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one for 2 people and one for 3), and 1 bathroom with a shower, a heated towel rack, and heated floors.

The living room is both cosy and tastefully furnished and features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi provided by a third-party provider.


A fireplace in the living room creates a cosy atmosphere during the cooler seasons.

A modern built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area for up to 6 people is also at your disposal.

The bathroom with a shower is modern and comfortably equipped. The underfloor heating and the towel warmer ensure a pleasantly warm shower experience. You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink. A roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay. An ironing board and iron are also available.

The master bedroom features a double bed measuring 180x200 cm (with a radio alarm clock), and the children’s room has a bunk bed with a lower bunk measuring 140x200 cm and an upper bunk measuring 90x200 cm. A cot, a high chair, and a changing pad are provided for the youngest guests.

From the living room, you step out onto the spacious south-facing terrace with a garden. Garden furniture and lounge chairs are available for sunny afternoons and social barbecue evenings.

The apartment includes a private, marked parking space.

The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment and make your holiday both relaxing and unforgettable. We also regularly post updates on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff is always happy to assist you.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.

Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be followed by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Burg on Fehmarn, surrounded by greenery. You can reach Burgstaaken Harbour on foot in about 15 minutes, passing by typical seaside restaurants as well as the popular Café Kontor.

At the fishing harbour, you’ll find many attractions for young and old alike, such as the walk-through submarine with its submarine museum, as well as the Experimenta and two indoor play parks, to name just a few. If you’d like to experience first-hand how the fish ends up on your plate, fishing boat tours are also offered at the harbour.

Just a few minutes’ drive or bike ride away lies the island’s most beautiful beach, the Südstrand. Here, in addition to the FehMare water park and a white sandy beach with beach chairs, you’ll find a spacious beach promenade lined with thatched-roof cafés and restaurants.

From your holiday home, a roughly 15-minute walk along the pretty avenue with its old cobblestone pavement will take you to the centre of Burg. Here you can enjoy a hearty meal and shop to your heart’s content.
