Located in beautiful Limburg is this beautiful duplex house for 2 people. The house is very spacious with a huge bedroom with an open bathroom. Attached to the bedroom is a cosy balcony where you can wake up and at the front of the house is a small terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The house is very spacious and comfortably furnished

The property is located in a small village in beautiful Limburg. The surroundings are perfect for beautiful walking and cycling trips. In spring, you can enjoy the beautiful blossom in the Blossom Region. If you fancy a day out, the beautiful city of Maastricht is highly recommended. Enjoy a drink on the Vrijthof square or in one of the cosy cafés or restaurants in the city. But the Belgian side also has plenty of beauty. In Genoels there is a beautiful wine castle

Huge, open space which felt very generous for just two guests. Nice, high quality furnishings and tasteful, rather original decorative items. Just one thing that has to mentioned: The building has no noise insulation whatsoever (same volume of outside noise as if a window was permanently open) and is located directly at an intersection of three roads with particularly noisy road surfaces. Occasionally, an airport approach is routed overhead.

Es handelt sich zwar um Einzelbetten, die aber sehr angenehm sind, ferner ist viel Platz da, das Konzept der Einrichtung durchdacht. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt, die Küche topmodern und gut ausgestattet und die Eigentümerin sehr nett und sympathisch. Und die neuen Couches sind suoerbequem!

Das Haus selbst ist gut. Vollständig ausgestattet und sehr geräumig und modern. Die Betten sind auch ausgezeichnet. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und Fahrräder können im Schuppen untergebracht werden. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut wandern oder Rad fahren. Beide Damen sind sehr freundlich, erklären alles sehr gut und sind zuvorkommend.

Die Wohnung war gut, schön und geräumig! Gute Küche (ich hätte gerne mehr Tassen usw., aber es gibt viel Platz in den Schränken) Tolle Betten und eine schöne Regendusche. Ein großer Nachteil: Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Durchgangsstraße, wir erlebten eine Menge (Über-)Belästigung durch den Verkehr (Autos mit oder ohne Anhänger, Traktoren und Lastwagen), der diese Straße viel benutzt. Das begann schon früh, ab etwa 6 Uhr morgens, und hielt den ganzen Tag über an. Die kleine Terrasse an der Vorderseite der Wohnung war auch nah an der Straße, nicht schön, wenn man dort in Ruhe lesen oder reden möchte. Auf dem Balkon befindet sich eine Bistrogarnitur, die nicht sehr komfortabel ist. Wir sind 3 Tage früher nach Hause gefahren, weil es wegen des Lärms der Autos nicht wirklich ruhig war. Das ist auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen, und die 2-Bett-Wohnung, in der wir wohnten, ist auch nicht auf den Fotos (außen). Die größere Wohnung ist auf den Fotos zu sehen. Wenn Sie die kleine Wohnung buchen, sehen Sie die Außenseite der größeren Wohnung und nicht die der 2-Personen-Wohnung! Auch die stark befahrene Straße ist nicht zu sehen! Das war für uns eine Enttäuschung, denn die Wohnung ist ansonsten in Ordnung!
