The house itself as far as layout was good. The host was easy to communicate with and the entry was easy. We enjoyed the overall location. The house needs someone to come in and do an overall inspection and clean/fix things that need updated. The toilet seat in downstairs bath didn't fit the toilet and was falling off, we opened a door in the kitchen and it was off it's hinges, the outside furniture needs cleaning, there were vines growing across the path to the outside dining area. The curtains in the bedroom are attached with command strip hooks so when you opened or closed the curtains the rod came unattached. The trash can was missing from the front yard so we took our trash with us.
