This beautiful villa has found its place in the small Istrian village of Zartinj. Zartinj is located in the northwestern part of the Istrian peninsula, only 4 km from the town of Labin and only 7 km from the famous tourist town of Rabac. Villa Royal Green has four furnished bedrooms with double beds. Each room has its own bathroom and an additional toilet for shared use. The bedrooms have their own LCD TV. The villa has its own sauna, hot tub and children's playground in the garden. There is a large swimming pool (45 m2) in the villa's garden. Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups or bachelor parties only upon payment of a refundable deposit. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people aged 28 years or younger. If you are a youth group or bachelor party, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and then returned to you.
