Sehr schönes Haus, fast perfekter Aufenthalt. Leider ist das Schlafsofa im obersten Stockwerk ein schlechter Scherz viel zu klein, bestenfalls für kleine Kinder geeignet. Kein Vergleich zum Schlafsofa im Erdgeschoss.

Lieber Björn, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. Ja, das stimmt, das Schlafsofa im Dachgeschoss ist 140 cm x 200 cm und damit etwas kleiner als die große Kingsize-Schlafcouch mit 180 cm x 200 cm im Erdgeschoss, aber trotzdem sehr bequem, dank integrierter Matratze. Aber die Größe der Schlafcouch war euch auch im Vorfeld bekannt, da sie in der Inseratsbeschreibung mehrfach angegeben ist, deshalb ist das jetzt schade, dass du es trotzdem bemängelst, weil es für euch zu klein war.

Weihnachten

Wir haben unser Weihnachtsfest im den Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Wir konnten zusammen Zeit verbringen, jeder hatte dennoch seinen Rückzugbereich.Ganze Atmosphäre des Hauses hat uns sehr gefallen.Schönes altes Fachwerkhaus. Immer freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin.Den Gästen stehen drei Parkplätze kostenlos zur Verfügung. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt, es gibt viele Geschäfte, die schnell zu erreichen sind.

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren dort mit einer Mountainbikegruppe mit 11 Personen. Haus liegt schön zentral in der Stadt. 20-30Minuten Fahrt bis in den Pfälzer Wald. Gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus und reibungslose Abwicklung

Wir waren mit 8 Personen für ein langes Wochenende in diesem Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnungen waren toll, der Kontakt und die Kommunikation vorbildlich und die Abwicklung hat reibungslos geklappt, vielen Dank!

Tolles Ferienhaus - Super Betreuung - Jederzeit wieder

Unser Ferienhaus mit seinen drei Wohnungen war eine tolle Unterkunft, maßgeschneidert auch für die Bedürfnisse unserer vier Familien. Das alte Fachwerkhaus ist wunderschön, und auch stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber (und da sind wir kritisch) und sehr funktional ausgestattet. Auch die Versorgung mit den tausend Utensilien, die man für einen Urlaub so braucht, war besser als man bei einem "normalen" Ferienhaus erwarten durfte. Betreuung durch Sandra: Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern oder Wohnungen. Aber so eine freundliche und hilfreiche Betreuung, wie durch Sandra, haben wir bisher noch nicht erlebt. Auch das schöne Kandel und seine Umgebung hat uns sehr beeindruckt: Die vielen schönen alten Fachwerkhäuser. Die gepflegten Anlagen. Die Freizeit-Einrichtungen, die wir aufgrund des durchwachsenen Wetters und des kurzen Aufenthaltes gar nicht alle nutzen bzw. besuchen konnten. Die Freundlichkeit der Leute. Wir werden gerne einmal wieder kommen.

Sehr passend für große Familie - gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet

Wir hatten das ganze Haus für uns. Die erste Etage fungierte als Aufenthaltsbereich. Ausgezogen bot der Esstisch bequem Platz für 13 Personen - zum Essen und zum Spielen und zum Chillen. Und die Challenge „Kaffee kochen mit Kanne und Filteraufsatz“ haben wir auch gemeistert. Wir haben alles Nötige vorgefunden - von Spülmaschinentabs über Essig/Öl/Salz/Pfeffer bis zu einem Willkommens-Riesling und Freizeit-Tipps. Sehr empfehlenswert!
