The rental price always includes final cleaning, utilities, bed linens, and towels (shower and hand towels—no beach towels!). Only the visitor’s tax is added.

The Seelöwe holiday home awaits you in a central location in Dornumersiel with a great sun terrace and upscale amenities.

A light-filled, cheerfully furnished non-smoking home for up to 3 people on a quiet cul-de-sac, a 5-minute walk from the town centre with shops, restaurants, pedal boat rentals (depending on the season), and a playground... 1,000 m / 15-minute walk along the Mahlbusen to the beach. Very high-quality and nearly new furnishings! On the ground floor, a large living room with a TV, sofa, and dining area. Kitchen with a dishwasher, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and many extras.
An exceptionally large spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located. 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a very comfortable pull-out sofa bed (1.20 m x 2 m). Ample closet space in all rooms. All floors are covered with hypoallergenic wood-look vinyl laminate.
Bed linens and towels are always provided at this house; they’re included in the price, so you don’t need to bring anything.

The patio is perfect for sunbathing, relaxing together, or dining.
New patio furniture has been available since fall 2023.
A kettle grill is in the garage and is available for your use on the patio. Please clean the grill yourself after use.

Two lounge chairs and a beach umbrella are available for your use. Here you can read, relax, listen to music, and unwind.

Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the garage next to the house.
The e-bikes, as well as two Nordsee bicycles as an alternative, are available for you in the garage.
There is also plenty of space so you can securely park your own bicycles if you bring them along.
A handcart is also available.
