Welcome to Cozy Cove, a comfortable retreat in the heart of Georgetown, KY. Enjoy a private queen bedroom, dedicated workspace, fast Wi-Fi, Roku Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, and open living area designed for relaxing or working remotely. Conveniently located near downtown Georgetown, the Kentucky Horse Park, Toyota, and an easy drive to Lexington, Cozy Cove is the perfect home base for business trips and weekend getaways.

Cozy Cove is the downstairs unit. Central heating and AC are shared with Cozy Cottage upstairs, where the only central thermostat is located. Cove guests do not have access to the upstairs unit or thermostat. To adjust your comfort downstairs, use the provided bedroom window AC, space heater or removable white vent covers. Put the supplied covers on or take them off to reduce or increase airflow to your preference. Please message us if equipment is not working or conditions are unsafe.
