BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED TWO-STORY 3 BEDROOM CONDO JUST PERFECT FOR YOUR SPECIAL VACATION! VRBO LISTS THIS PROPERTY AS BEING ON THE BEACH (BECAUSE OF GOOGLE MAPS), BUT IS ACTUALLY A 7 MINUTE WALK.

Please note that during the peak season months, we only rent Saturday to Saturday! Also, we do have monthly rentals available November thru March. If interested, please send inquiry for monthly rates.

If you love the BEACH, TENNIS, OR LOUNGING BY THE POOL... Hidden Dunes has EVERYTHING! Destin's white sand beaches... UNBELIEVABLE Tennis Center with six CLAY COURTS and a full time tennis pro!! New pickleball courts installed in 2022 (fees not included in stay).BEAUTIFULLY landscaped walking trails surrounded by fountains. KIDS will love the ENORMOUS Pools, BASKETBALL Courts and Playgrounds. Newly added horseshoe pit. The 27 acre community even has its own lake you can FISH in!!

Hidden Dunes is on the beachside of Highway 98 (NO ROAD TO CROSS) and only a half mile from the fabulous Sandestin Resort (to the East), Silver Sands Outlet Mall (to the West),Destin Commons and Gran Boulevard San Destin

With high VAULTED CEILINGS, our cottage is SPACIOUS and AWESOME! Decorated for OWNERS USE... No uncomfortable sleeper sofas in this unit!!

Large living room with couch & loveseat. Flatscreen TV with DVD player. FREE WI-FI.

Dine at the dining room table with 6 chairs or eat at the countertop bar for 2. Pass through window in kitchen to screened in porch area with countertop seating and table for 4.

The downstairs master bedroom has its own master bathroom with large garden tub & shower. Small reading area and large walk in closet also in master. Guest bedroom downstairs has queen sized bed with adjacent bath with shower. The upstairs loft has full size bed & two twin beds with its own bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs & ceiling fans.

Drink your morning coffee in the wonderful SCREENED-IN PORCH that has a pass-through bar into the kitchen!! Kitchen newly remodeled with granite countertop & stainless appliances.All dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee pot, & blender provided.

Stroll down the beautiful walking trails to the beach, or take a quick ride on the complimentary tram. The tram runs from Memorial day weekend until the second week in August. Everything is provided for a magnificent vacation. Outdoor gas grills around the corner from condo. ENJOY ALL THE PLEASURES THAT DESTIN HAS TO OFFER!

Home away from home

The condo was beautiful, well maintained and felt like home. Wr have stayed in several other condos within this facility and this one was by far my favorite. The owner's communication was excellent.

Condo is well stocked and clean. The pools and playground are just a couple of the properties amenities we used daily. We have returned to this property many times! We always enjoy the privacy and the short walk to the beach. We plan to return again!

This was our second stay in this condo and we absolutely love it! Location is perfect! Condo and property are clean and well maintained. Beautiful private walkways to the beach. Close to the main pool and hot tub. Well stocked kitchen as we do a lot of cooking and updated condo. The screened in balcony/patio is great for enjoying the evenings bug free! Excellent stay!

Gorgeous apartment near beach

This 2nd floor apartment is newly renovated, with airy high ceilings, walk-in closets, a screen room, and a soaking tub. The unit is within the Hidden Dunes Resort on a private beach (a five minute walk along shady paths), with sparkling white “powdered sugar” sand. We enjoyed the hot tubs, heated pools, fully staffed tennis courts and even pickleball.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful updated condo. Very clean and had just about everything you would need. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and meals. The complex in a whole was very clean, well maintained and secure with friendly staff on grounds. A short walk to the beach on a nice shaded pathway through the resort. The pools were nice to enjoy in the evenings. This was our 4 stay at the Hidden Dunns complex and our best yet.

August stay

My family and I stayed here in August. Pros are the setup of the unit gives privacy to each room and the loft provides some extra space. The unit was clean and we loved the out door deck. The cons are the master bedroom mattress is extremely uncomfortable and has a lump in the middle. The kitchen has everything you need to cook but is pretty small. The beach is a good ten minute walk. If you have a bunch of stuff this was a struggle and we drove each day. There is a shuttle but you can't get a wagon or cooler or anything else on there. The entrance to the beach has about 15 steps and no ramp so if you bring anything heavy you have to carry it down. Overall a clean and nice unit.

Nice condo with short walk through the complex to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for two parents and three teenagers. Condo was clean and well-stocked when we arrived. The kids enjoyed the large pool, which was never over-crowded and often had very few people. Grills were clean and near condo. The walk to the beach is 5-6 minutes through the complex with minimal traffic and no real roads to cross. Covered porch is nice in the evenings for eating or playing games. Only negative we noted, which is unavoidable in some areas of Destin, is that during busier traffic times it can be difficult to make a left turn from the complex back onto 98 toward Destin. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this unit! It was fully stocked with anything you could imagine. Kitchen had everything and more! The unit was super clean. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. I used it for my daily excerise. Took me about 3 minutes. But the have a trolley you can call to come pick you up and drop you off at beach. We will be staying here again!! Owners very quick to respond!

Nice visit!

Property was great! Owners were outstanding to work with! Beach was further than the pool but the tram was available to take you were you needed to go. The chair and umbrella rentals that occupied all of the prime space on the beach was an irritant. If you bring your own, plan on hiking a little to set up or having your view blocked by, often ones, unused chairs and umbrellas. We made it work and enjoyed our stay.

Took advantage of the nice pool, hot tub and grilling area just behind the condo. Beach was a short 5-10 minute walk. Nice pool house rest rooms & rest rooms by the beach. Rented beach chairs & umbrella on the beach & picked up a couple cheap beach chairs for the kids at Publix. Condo was clean and comfy!

Great communication with the host. Property was just as described online. Good location. Walkable to the beach (about 5 mins). Pools, hot tubs, playground, and BBQ all very close to the unit. Only negative was the lack of lighting. It felt very dark in the unit even when it was sunny outside. Other than that, would recommend staying here and hope to return. .

Condo was just as stated in rental info. Beautiful and clean, very spacious. Tram is not running due to Covid 19 so it is a bit of a hike to the beach just an FYI to anyone renting with babies or small children
