Lovely cosy apartment

Easy to access the ski piste at the back of the property. Car required generally to access shops and restaurants as the apartment is up a hill on the edge of town. The bedrooms were all a decent size and the 2 bathrooms were good. Plenty of hot water for 6 adults to have a shower after a day’s skiing. The kitchen was small but was well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots,pans and cooking utensils . Easy parking outside as long as you have winter tyres to get up the hill. We really enjoyed our stay at apartment Julia. Thank you Christine.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft. Es ist eine urige, gemütliche Wohnung und eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Es ist viel Platz für einige Gäste. Die Lage ist optimal! Allerdings sollte die Ausstattung in der Küche Mal wieder erneuert werden und die Sauberkeit war auf den ersten Blick zwar tip-top aber auf den zweiten Blick, auch noch etwas verbesserungsfähig. Wir würden aber im Gesamtpaket nochmal wiederkommen

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Unser Aufenthalt in Ellmau war wunderschön. Die Ferienwohnung von Christine liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend oberhalb des Ortskerns, der sehr überlaufen ist. Für Personen, die nicht mehr gut zu Fuß sind, ist der Fußweg vom Ortskern zur Wohnung (nur 1km) wegen des recht steilen Aufstiegs mühsam bis schlecht machbar. Dieser Hinweis fehlte mir in der Beschreibung. Sonst war alles toll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. 4 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Schlafplätzen, super ausgestattete Küche, großer Wohnraum, 2 Bäder, Terasse im August nachmitags im Schatten (war für uns sehr angenehm). Einen Hinweis möchte ich nachfolgenden Interessierten jedoch nicht vorenthalten: Das Haus hat derzeit ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem (ist der Vermieterin bekannt und man arbeitet daran). Deshalb riecht der Innenraum zur Zeit etwas muffig. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung aber sehr empfehlenswert.

Gemütlichkeit mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Wir waren über Silvester in der Ferienwohnung Julia und sind begeistert! Christine ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und die Kommunikation war problemlos und zuverlässig! Mit dem Kaffee in der Hand den Sonnenaufgang am wilden Kaiser zu bewundern war sehr besonders. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar geeignet für 8 Personen, mit großzügigen Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, sowie einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen. Für etwas geübtere SkifahrerInnen ist die Abfahrt bis zum Haus möglich, wir sind morgens allerdings lieber die 5 Minuten zur Gondel gefahren. Das Parken ist dort kostenlos und unkompliziert. Das Skigebiet ist herrlich und insbesondere für Anfänger geeignet und der Ort gemütlich und gepflegt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
