The GCSU Campus is only 0.5 miles (an easy 8-minute walk or 3 blocks) to the edge of campus and downtown Milledgeville is only 0.7 miles (a 15-minute walk or 6 blocks) to The Brick and The Local Yolkal. It is also very close to Georgia Military College and Lake Sinclair.
Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for a day out, this terrific home provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere with a front porch and back deck and plenty of parking in the driveway.
