The Wellenreiter apartment is located on the ground floor of the beautiful Villa Ambienta, in a prime location right in the heart of the city centre, yet in a quiet setting.
The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, stretching for kilometres, is just a 200-meter walk away.
A free parking space is reserved for your car right in front of the house.
You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the storage room.
All our guests have access to free Wi-Fi.

You’ll find the “Wellenreiter” at Villa Ambienta at Heinrich-Heine-Strasse 6 in Binz, featuring an east-facing balcony and a south-facing terrace. 
It’s just 200 metres to the beach. The apartment is approximately 45 m² and features an east-facing balcony and a south-facing terrace. In addition to the living room with an integrated kitchenette and a sleeper sofa with a comfortable cold-foam mattress, the apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a high-quality pocket-spring mattress, a hallway, and a bathroom with a sink, bathtub, hair dryer, and toilet.
In the living area, you’ll find a separate dining area next to the seating area with a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and various small appliances.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Schnell und unkompliziert im Check in, schöne sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem was benötigt wird, schöne Urlaubstage mit unserem Hund verbrachten wir in Binz. Es könnten vielleicht noch ein paar Spülmaschinen-Tabs zusätzlich dazukommen und vielleicht 1 bis 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier mehr sein. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Es war alles soweit perfekt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer Toplage. Zu Fuß alles in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Nur zu empfehlen - wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.
