What makes this property unique
This is a private property; remote and secluded but the home offers all the amenities to stay in or explore nearby. Restaurants (a couple local spots), grocery store and gas station are located about 25 minutes away in the town of Kingfield. Farmington is the closest bigger town with more restaurants, indoor and outdoor movie theaters, downtown shopping, etc. which is located about an hour away. Sugarloaf Mountain with lots of summer activities like zip lining, disc golf, golf, mountain biking, hiking, waterfalls, etc. is located about 45 minutes away.
The hot tub is in use year round. There is a gas grill that we supply propane for. And some outdoor seating/dining space. We recommend bringing extra camp chairs for the fire pit.
