Escape to nature in our new Jayco Flight 264BH RV on 150 private acres. Enjoy crystal-clear spring water, scenic hiking trails, fishing, and a peaceful stream valley. Relax by the fire pit with free firewood. Seasonal blueberries, blackberries, peaches, plums, and apples are yours to enjoy. Our own Fresh eggs and honey are provided. For those seeking a genuine off-grid retreat, the camper is situated in a private natural setting away from vehicle traffic. Guests should expect a scenic walk of approximately 200 to several hundred yards from the parking area. But most cars should be able to park close to the RV. The secluded location rewards visitors with enhanced privacy, tranquility, and a closer connection to nature. Surrounded by beautiful hardwood forests, this is the perfect getaway for nature lovers seeking peace, beauty, and outdoor adventure. Currently, no WiFi but the cellular signals are good. Powered by large battery which can be recharged to generator once or twice a day. This RV uses high quality spring water, we take home by bottle for drinking.
The property features expansive flat grasslands bordered by a peaceful brook. Adding to its unique character, the historic Downsville Brook Battlefield is located on or near the property, offering visitors a connection to local history.
