The host was very responsive and provided useful information before and during our stay, which we appreciated. However, the state of the property itself was completely unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard.Although the apartment is spacious, it was extremely dirty, old, and poorly maintained. The floors and walls were dirty, the windows and mirrors had fingerprints all over them, and there was dust in every corner. Many of the dishes were sticky and had to be washed before we could use them. A broken armchair was covered with a dirty blanket, and the bathroom bin had not even been emptied from the previous guests.The condition of the beds was especially shocking — all of the mattresses were stained, dirty, and smelled unpleasant. This became fully visible only when we removed the bedding before leaving. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property were unacceptable and made our stay very uncomfortable.We had no choice but to stay because we arrived with children and had nowhere else to go, but if it had been possible, we would have left immediately. We stayed for only three nights, yet even that was a struggle. Having travelled widely, this was unfortunately one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had, and I would not recommend this property to anyone visiting Vienna. Despite the host's responsiveness the state of the property overshadowed everything.

Positiv war:-dass wir vorzeitig einchecken durften -Die Wohnung war sehr grossräumig ,man konnte alle Geräte benutzen (Kühlschrank ,Wasserkocher,Föhn usw.). Negativ war : Die Sauberkeit , Küchengeräte verkalkt dreckig ,Tiefkühltruhe stark vereist, Bettwäsche verfärbt .Die Wohnung war sehr herrunter gewohnt .Leider lagen auch viele persönliche Gegenstände herum .Renoviert und etwas mehr Sauberkeit wäre die Wohnung jederzeit zu empfehlen

une merveilleuse expérience

cet appartement a très largement contribué au succès de notre week-end à Vienne. il est très spacieux, très joliment décoré, très lumineux, avec une charmante terrasse, et une chouette vue sur un jardin et au loin, les collines entourant Vienne. il est très fonctionnel. il est à 10 min de marche d'une station qui vous conduit en 12 minutes au centre de Vienne. quartier très calme

Tolle Wohnung, etwas Messie

Pros: Terrasse, Lage, Grösse, Raumaufteilung, Helligkeit, Ruhe, nette Nachbarn, Öffi und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Grosszügige Räume, hell, luftig, ganz toll Cons: Viel Ramsch liegt herum, leere Behälter und Flaschen, Sauberkeit hat noch viel Luft nach oben. Ablageflächen müssen zuerst abgestaubt werden. Nur 1 Hausschlüssel.
