Die Inhaberin der Unterkunft wusste nichts von einer Buchung als wir dort ankamen. Sie sagte, dass sie diese Unterkunf gar nicht über diese Plattform (auch VRBO nicht) anbietet. Bei Rückfragen wurde ich damit vertröstet, dass VRBO zuständig sei und haben mir lediglich eine Telefonnummer angegeben. Beim Versuch dort anzurufen, hiess es, dass diese Nummer nicht in Betrieb sei. Auch die Kontaktangaben wie Mailadresse und Telefonnummer des angeblichen Anbieters der Unterkunft, waren entweder inexistent oder wurden nicht beantwortet. Als ich mich per Mail an Expedia um Hilfe wendete, wurde ich mehrfach mit einem Stadardmail vertröstet, dass ich mich an VRBO wenden soll unter der vorher scho angegebenen inexistenten Telefonnummer. Bis jetzt habe ich weder iHilfe erhalten, geschweige das Geld zurück. Ich rate, auf keinen Fall diese Unterkunft über Expedia oder VRBO zu buchen. Ich fühle mich von Expedia betrogen und vom Kundenservice ohne Hilfestellung zurück gelassen.
