Welcome to Sunswept 408—a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front condo that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Step into the inviting living area, where comfortable furnishings and beautiful Gulf views create the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach. Sliding glass doors lead to a private Gulf-front balcony overlooking the sugar-white sand and emerald waters, providing the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind while listening to the waves. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, making it easy to gather with family and friends for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The primary bedroom features a King bed, beautiful Gulf views, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a King bed with a private ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed. Three full bathrooms ensure everyone has plenty of space and convenience during their stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful condo, very nicely furnished and very clean and updated. The staff at the Sunswept are so nice and helpful, I wanted to call out Sherry in particular, she's so helpful and pleasant to deal with.The only real issue we had was with the windows in the master bedroom, both the left and right side bottom panes were pushed in about 1/4", this was due in part to tropical storm Bertha but it caused a rush of very warm air to blow into the room which made it uncomfortable in there.

Perfect! With only one exception

Loved everything about this condo with the exception of no shower (only jetted tub) in the master. This may have been an oversight on my part when I was looking at the listing, but nonetheless we had a wonderful time and the location could not have been more perfect. We also got to check in early which was great!

Great condo!

Other than a storm passing through, the condo was perfect. Like stated before, there is not a shower in one of the bathrooms, it’s just a tub, and we were totally fine with that. There are 2 other showers in the condo. We had a great time.
