The comfortable and attractive living space was made for lounging and enjoying a quiet book or great conversation. The sparkling, updated kitchen features updated appliances, cabinets, and countertops for your culinary enjoyment - channel your inner chef as you prepare delicious meals with fresh Pacific Northwest ingredients. Savor the spacious main floor primary bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet and French doors leading to the back deck. The lower level has two more bedrooms (one queen and two twins), and a 3/4 bath with a spacious, subway-tiled shower.

Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park are less than four miles away from the house! The easiest route lets you skip the parking headaches all together! You can walk, drive, or rideshare to Seacrest Dock and hop on the West Seattle Water Taxi to downtown. From there, it is a flat 10 minute walk to the fields.

Alki Beach House is also a quick drive to downtown Seattle and all the sight-seeing you could want, including Pike Place Market, the Seattle Center, and Space Needle, Olympic Sculpture Park, Seattle Art Museum, Central Library, and much more!

The Alki Beach House is perfect for families, and groups who want space, easy transit to the action and quiet beach neighborhood to come home to.
