Stunning home in Svetvincenat

This beautiful and stylishly furnished villa is the perfect choice for a family holiday. Located in a quiet Istrian village, this villa is an ideal accommodation for 4 people in 90 square metres. The large sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional 2 people. The living area of the villa has direct access to the private pool in the villa's garden and is flooded with light thanks to the large glass surface. The living room is connected to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. However, the kitchen is not the only place where you can prepare your meals; on the spacious covered terrace in front of the villa you will find a gas barbecue, as well as a sink and crockery. If you are spending your holiday with children, apart from the private pool, they can also have fun with badminton or on the slide and swing. There are a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the villa. One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both rooms, as well as the whole villa, are simply but stylishly furnished and offer you a completely relaxing holiday. both villas, Sorella 1 and Sorella 2, are located in a quiet Istrian village, which is a perfect mix of peace and relaxation far away from the city hustle and bustle. However, the well-known holiday destinations on the coast, such as Pula and Rovinj, are within easy reach. Central Istria is a beautiful region with many small medieval towns with good restaurants, cafés, wineries and shops. Svetvinenat and Vodnjan are two such towns and are within 10 km of the villa. While spending your holiday in the tranquillity of this central Istrian town, you can take the opportunity to visit Faana and the beautiful surrounding beaches or take a boat trip to one of the national parks in Croatia - Brijuni.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem HausDer Pool wurde gereinigt und das Haus war sauber und hatte eine Klimaanlage. Allerdings hat die etwas gerochen. Das könnte man verbessern und auch die Aussenbestuhlung ist für etwas größere Menschen nicht so besonders. Die Lage war ruhig, man braucht schon ein Auto. Aber wir wollten es auch gerne ruhig haben Alles in allem war es eine schöne Zeit und wir würden wieder dorthin reisen

Das könnte man verbessern und auch die Aussenbestuhlung ist für etwas größere Menschen nicht so besonders. Die Lage war ruhig, man braucht schon ein Auto. Aber wir wollten es auch gerne ruhig haben Alles in allem war es eine schöne Zeit und wir würden wieder dorthin reisen

Wir waren vom 27.

Wir waren vom 27.5. bis 7.6.23 in der Villa Sorella. Das Haus war wie beschrieben modern eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Alles war funktionsfähig und der tolle Pool rundete das ganze ab. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, demnach kann man sich wirklich toll entspannen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wenn man dann doch mal Trubel möchte, ist man nach ungefähr 20 Minuten in Pula. Eine wunderschöne Stadt mit tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten und einer schönen Altstadt zum flanieren und einkaufen. Man kann sich noch einige andere Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend anschauen. Ansonsten wenn man die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mag, ist das Haus genau richtig. Wir haben es total genossen mal einen Urlaub ohne Stress und Trubel zu erleben und kamen sehr erholt wieder nach Hause. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir waren vom 2.

Wir waren vom 2. bis 16. Juli 2022 in der Villa Sorella 1. Kurz gesagt: es war ein absolut herrlicher Urlaub! Wir hatten 2 phantastische Wochen mit kleinen Abstrichen, für die die Eigentümer aber nichts können! Es gab in ganz Istrien im vergangenen Jahr eine Wespen Plage, vor dir wir auch nicht verschont geblieben sind. Bedingt durch die extreme Dürreperiode in Istrien haben die Wespen verzweifelt nach Wasser gesucht, und dieses im Pool gefunden. Wir haben uns damit abgefunden- was soll man sonst tun? Was die Ausstattung der Villa betrifft: Ein Tipp für Gäste (und für die Eigentümer als Anschaffung), die wie ich morgens ein schön geröstetes Toastbrot zum Frühstück haben wollen....der in der Beschreibung der Villa genannte "Toaster" ist ein Sandwich Toaster. 😉 Da wir aber jedes Jahr nach Kroatien kommen kennen wir das "Problem", und haben immer einen kleinen Toaster dabei (kann man aber auch günstig vor Ort kaufen - es gab einen bei Lidl für umgerechnet 8 Euro!). Und wir hätten uns bequemere Matratzen gewünscht- die vorhandenen sind schon grenzwertig dünn! Reicht mir aber nicht für Punktabzug! Zu den anderen Rezensionen würde ich auch gerne etwas loswerden: Das das Wasser in Kroatien gechlort ist weiß man als regelmäßiger Gast, und als "Neuling" sollte man folgendes wissen: Es gibt meistens (nicht wie bei uns in Deutschland) keine zentrale Wasserversorgung. Das Wasser wird mit Tankwagen geliefert und im Haus gelagert. Daher ist Chlor dringend nötig! Zur Kritik, die Villa wäre zu abgelegen: Genau deshalb haben wir uns dort einquartiert! Wir lieben die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe die man dann meistens genießt (da Villa Sorella 2 direkt nebenan liegt natürlich etwas eingeschränkt, aber auch das kann man den Beschreibungen auf myistria.com entnehmen!). Wir sind allerdings eh gerne ständig und viel in ganz Istrien unterwegs um uns die unterschiedlichsten Sehenswürdigkeiten ansehen zu können (Grožnjan, Motovun und die Ruinenstadt Dvigrad kann ich echt empfehlen!)....das Auto ist daher unverzichtbar 🤗 Also wir hatten den bisher besten Urlaub unseres Lebens in dieser Villa!
