Beautiful, cosy, historical house, 3 storeys, renovated in 2023. In the centre of Marciana, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach, in a pedestrian area. In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine (extra), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. 200 m footpath to the house. Public parking 250 m on the road. Shop 100 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 400 m, ferry "Portoferraio" 23 km, sandy beach "Sant´Andrea" 7 km. Sports harbour 7 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, cable car 500 m. Nearby attractions: Marciana Marina 7 km, Procchio 13 km, Patresi 7 km, Sant´Andrea 8 km.
