The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used towels in bath tub. Please do not remove the bed linens. We prefer to wash all of our linens Make sure oven knobs are in the "off" position and fireplace is turned off
Lock keypad Return Gate Key Fob to gate lock box Take all trash and food to outdoor trash can Turn off all lights Put kayak, bike or pedal boat back in stored area.
Return life jackets to storage bin. Any life vest not returned will be billed an additional charge of $40 each.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Close gate if leaving the property. Do NOT place anything on the stove other than cooking pans.
You are given a key fob for gate entry at check in. It MUST be returned at checkout or a $75 fee is charged.

First off I want to say this was my first time staying in an RV so in case your a newbie like me and maybe plus sized as well I would like to say a few things the tub is pretty much the size of a large storage tote and the bathroom the size of a small closet BUT that's all RVs so it's standard as for the rest it was surprisingly roomy and beautiful it was comfortable and after a 10 hour drive I was HOT and expected it to be unbearable but a fresh blast of cold air hit us and I fell in love the camper is beautiful and roomy and perfectly decorated and stocked I could go on and on we went on to stay in a four bedroom house the rest of the week and my kids asked to go BACK to the RV lol love love love it will be back.

Perfect place for a family getaway! The river access right on the property was wonderful for my 3 boys! The campers were spacious with plenty of places for everyone to sleep! We didn't have to bring anything but our clothes and food, everything we needed was right here! A great location close to Dauphin Island!
