The “Strandeck” villa, with its unique panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, is a beautiful, historic seaside villa that was completely renovated in 1999. As a result, it has regained its old charm while being equipped with the latest amenities. Its peaceful location at the beginning of the beach promenade (known as “Fischerstrand”), nestled directly between the forest, the beach, and the sea, is truly incomparable. Behind the house, there is one parking space for each apartment.



Apartment 7:

This two-room apartment is located on the top floor of Villa Strandeck and accommodates 2 adults and 1 child up to 13 years old. 

For this holiday rental, we charge a one-time security deposit of 200,-.


This approximately 60 m² 2-room apartment on the top floor of Villa Strandeck offers you a unique setting for relaxing days on the Baltic Sea. From up here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view across the entire Bay of Binz all the way to the famous chalk cliffs—right from the living room.

The spacious living and dining room is flooded with light and furnished with a cosy sitting area, a sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchenette (including an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop). The separate bedroom, featuring a comfortable box-spring bed, faces the quiet forest side of the Granitz and opens onto a side balcony—where you can enjoy a stunning view of the Baltic Sea and the warm midday sun.

The modern bathroom with a window is generously equipped and features both a corner shower and a bathtub—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
