Absolutely rare Breton holiday property: We are offering a real little pearl from the 16th century for holiday rental; lovingly renovated; without ignoring the rustic charm of the medieval linen weaver's house. On the outside, the manoir shows the typical turrets whose roofs were typically covered with thick slate slabs (ardoises de montagne). A round staircase leads from the entrance (in front of it is your private parking space) into the small courtyard (totally fenced) of the medieval small property - to increase the enjoyment of today's holiday guests; A small wooden terrace has been added with a round pool - this is always heated to 28°C from May 1st to October 15th and is 5 m wide and 1.30 m deep. When you enter the gem you will see thick granite walls, no windows and the huge, completely open fireplace, thick oak support beams and even the medieval feeding trough is still preserved. The steps of the old granite staircase to the upper floor have been sanded down over the centuries. The small manoir is really very cozy and rustic - and you can not only marvel at the beautiful fireplace with your eyes, but it fills the entire small manoir with the typical smoky scent of a house that is over 500 years old - just like it used to be! The kitchen is of course like the shower on the ground floor, the guest toilet; as well as the beautiful bathroom with corner bathtub are modern and come from the “new” era. On the upper floor there are 2 beautiful bedrooms with double beds for a maximum of 4 adults - the children's room can accommodate a maximum of 2 children under 12 years.
