Shopping centre 2 km, bus stop "Destremeau" 150 m, railway station "Saint Raphael" 8 km, sandy beach "Plages de fréjus" 5 km. Sports harbour 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 7 km, Karting 7 km. Hiking paths: L'Estérel 6 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Port Fréjus.

Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV (flat screen), electric heating and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 small room with 1 bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC. Terrace 20 m2 partly roofed, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
