The FLOATING 44s are boats with a permanent mooring that combine the unique holiday experience of a boat with the comforts of a holiday home. On the FLOATING 44, you can spend your holiday right on the water, as life on board takes place all on one level. As part of our rental agreement, the boats are not intended to leave their moorings.
The FLOATING 44 can accommodate up to 4 people. In addition to the spacious living area with an integrated kitchenette and direct access to the bow terrace, the FLOATING 44 features two bedrooms with double beds. The bathroom with a shower and a separate bathroom with a sink are each located in their own separate spaces. On the roof, a 25-square-meter terrace offers additional space for sunbathing and a sweeping view.

Spacious seating area with corner couch, dining table for 4 people

Kitchen:
Microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop (2 burners), coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, sink
(The kitchen is integrated into the living area).

Sleeping arrangements:
Sleeping accommodation for 4 people: 2 bedrooms with double beds, bed linens included in each.

Bathroom:
Shower room, separate toilet with sink, includes a set of towels per person per week (1 bath towel & 1 shower towel)

Outdoor area:
15 sqm furnished terrace at the bow, + 25 sqm rooftop terrace, free parking at the harbour

General:
Flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio, and CD player, air conditioning
Note: The TV has a DVB-T connection, which allows reception of all public broadcasters (e.g., Das Erste, ZDF—including all their speciality channels—all regional third channels, Arte, etc.). Unfortunately, private channels (e.g., RTL, Sat-1, VOX, etc.) cannot be received.

Wi-Fi: The marina provides free Wi-Fi access to all guests in the marina. You will receive the code
from the caretaker upon check-in. Depending on usage, the Wi-Fi connection may be subject to fluctuations in availability.

The FLOATING houseboats are pet-free. Furnishing examples, technical changes, and variations in amenities are possible.

Smoking is not permitted on the houseboats. Please use the outdoor area for this purpose; ashtrays are provided for your convenience
Rental period from spring to fall: The houseboats are available during the frost-free season.

A 25-square-meter rooftop terrace offers additional space for sunbathing.
This boat is equipped with air conditioning.
