This beautiful Villa Bay I is located in the enchanting Paltana Bay near Banjole. It offers the ideal holiday for friends and families close to the beach on the beautiful blue Adriatic. The nearest beach is just 100 m away and the sea is right in front of you. There are 4 very nice bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the second floor bedrooms have their own terrace with wonderful sea views. There are a total of 6 bathrooms in the villa. The villa is equipped for up to 9 people. The cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area are available on the first floor. Imagine a stunning ocean view hot tub on a kitchen terrace, creating a unique and luxurious experience that beautifully combines relaxation and culinary delights. Outdoors, you can enjoy the Istrian sun at the private pool while enjoying the incredible views of the blue sea. The pool can be heated upon request and for a fee. There is also a trampoline in the garden for activities. In the covered ground floor kitchen next to the pool (closed from 02.11 - 16.04.) with dining table and grill, family and friends can meet for summer evenings by the pool and enjoy local specialties freshly prepared on the barbecue grill. The villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi and offers everything for an unforgettable holiday. There are two villas that are next to each other, they differ in that one villa allows pets and the other does not. Villa Bay I is the right house. Otherwise the two villas are identical. There are a variety of summer and water sports activities in the area, such as windsurfing, diving and sailing, as well as horse riding and hunting. For an even greater choice of leisure activities and tourist amenities, the magnificent architectural sights of Pula are just a few minutes' drive away. The old town of Pomer is also just a stone's throw away.

Just the Perfect stay

It was perfect. The Villa has everything you could want for your stay. The pool is lovely. All clean and new :) Give the House a 10 👌🏼 One thing we could have wished for were more stores and restaurants close by.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, hochwertig ausgestattet, sauber und so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort war unkompliziert und jederzeit möglich. Wir waren mit 8 Personen in dem Ferienhaus und können es absolut empfehlen, da es ruhig und direkt am Meer (5min zu Fuß) gelegen ist.

Super schönes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Die Lage und die Einrichtung war super! Perfekt geeignet um eine Woche zu entspannen aber auch den ein oder anderen Ausflug zu machen! Leider haben kleinere Teller oder Schüsseln gefehlt und auch ein zweites Schneidebrett wäre gut gewesen. Sonst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt!

Sehr schönen Urlaub

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene Personen das Haus ist sehr schön und toll eingerichtet. Der Service war sehr schnell,denn uns ist das Gas ausgegangen als wir Grillen wollten. Da habe ich nur eine Nachricht geschrieben und innerhalb von ca 30 min habe wir eine neue bekommen. Bäcker und Lebensmittelhandel sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wenn wir irgendwas gebraucht hätten dann wäre sofort jemand gekommen. Hausmeister, Poolservice,Gärtner und Reinigungskraft kommen 1 x die Woche. Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub. Eine richtige Kaffeemaschiene wäre super gewesen es ist nur eine Kapsel Maschiene vorhanden auch ein Toster hätte uns gefallen. Auch mehr Kleiderhaken zum aufhängen in alle Zimmer wäre gut gewesen. Im Kinderzimmer (2einzelbetten) sind leider keine Nachtische und auch kein Unterschrank im Bad vorhanden das würde auch noch fehlen. Was und aber besonders gefehlt hat war mehr Schatten am Pool leider ist nur ein Sonnenschirm vorhanden eine Markise würde gut ankommen, da wir super Wetter hatten war es auch am Pool sehr warm. Was uns noch aufgefallen ist würde auch ein Ventilator im Außenbereich gut ankommen weil man sich doch dort am häufigsten aufhält.
