Gemütliches Apartment in Salzburg

We offer two different apartments, both located on the same property as our home. Each apartment has its own entrance. We live right next door, so we’re just a stone’s throw away :) We’re happy to recommend restaurants, make reservations, and help with any questions you may have. The “Apartment” is an older building but was renovated in 2016. Thanks to its many windows, the “Apartment” is very bright and offers a view of our garden. However, guests are not permitted to use the garden. The “Superior Apartment” was newly built in 2017, is fully equipped, and is slightly smaller than the “Apartment.” It does, however, have a small terrace facing the side street. This apartment is located directly on the street and can be a bit noisy when the windows are open. When the windows are closed, it’s quiet thanks to the soundproofing.
I live with my son in the city of Salzburg. When time allows, I really enjoy playing golf and go skiing in the winter. Favourite island: Ibiza—I enjoy the beautiful beaches and the special atmosphere there—away from the party scene. I’m very sociable, well-organized, and pay attention to detail. I like good books and people with a sense of humour.
The Maxglan area has its own small town centre along Maxglaner Hauptstraße. You can find everything you need for daily life here. It’s about a 15- to 20-minute walk into the city. But if you head in the other direction, you’re right out in the countryside. This makes for pleasant walks in the countryside as well as a stroll into the city centre.
