The Space:

Welcome to your quiet South Florida retreat! This spacious home offers an open designed living space, heated pool and spa at no extra charge, and equipped with a converted garage game room, perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together.



Guest Access:

A few days prior to your reservation date, you will receive your welcome letter with you access code to enter the house



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short drive away from shopping, dining, beaches, and anything else you would need to experience true South Florida Living!



Getting Around:

This home is about 5-10 minutes away from the nearest grocery store, 30-40 minutes from Fort Myers Beach and neighboring beaches, and is in a convenient location to get around town sitting just north of Pine Island Road which is the halfway mark between north and south Cape Coral.



Other Things to Note:

We provide a starter kit of 4-5 laundry pods, 4 Rolls of septic safe single ply toilet paper per bathroom, 5-6 trash bags, one roll of paper towel, 3-5 laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, 1 kitchen sponge, windex, and all purpose cleaner under the sink.

We will be available for any issues that arise, please contact us through Airbnb or VRBO and we will promptly respond. We will let you do your thing but you can reach us whenever you may need back up!
