This astonishing five bedroom villa is located at the door of the natural reserve of the Montgo mountain, nestled at its foothills. It has been built during the millenium changeover and since 2021 it belongs to a family who wants to offer the possibility to other families to discover this unique setting to enjoy their holidays . This villa has two floors. the first floor offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wide living-room and a separate kitchen with a wide terrace from which you can enjoy breathtaking views towards Denia´s castle and the mediterranean sea. And the ground floor has three bedrooms two bathrooms and another independent kitchen. It also offers a private swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue , a well-kept private garden with wide green areas and a beautiful pergola to enjoy unforgetable dinners with the whole family.
