We had a small family get away for the Labor Day weekend consisting of 4 adults. The house was very clean and extremely spacious. We enjoyed the beautiful modern kitchen. We spent time on the front patio. The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat. The adult kids enjoyed the back bedrooms each with the adjoining bathroom. We walked down to the beach many times throughout our 4 night stay. It was an easy short walk. Main Street was also a very easy walk away. The garage was a nice amenity since street parking was a little harder to come by. The rooftop patio was a nice addition that we didn’t take full advantage of as it was a bit warm up there but I can see it being a great hangout in the cooler months. The neighborhood was quiet. All in all this is a wonderful comfortable and luxurious place to stay in Huntington Beach. We can’t wait to be back.

I loved everything about this location in downtown Huntington Beach.It is one block from Main street, across the street from the International Surfing Museum, and 4 blocks to the HB pier and the beach!Air conditioning is rarely found in Huntington Beach and you don't need it many days but it was great this location has AC for those really hot days.I enjoyed the rooftop deck. It is ideal for any activity from dining, working out, meditating or just soaking up the sunshine. The patio located in front of the house and the master bedroom balcony were two more outdoor areas to enjoy the fresh air.The house is beautiful, clean and well appointed with everything you need for your stay. You will be very comfortable here. Everything is brand new and all furniture is very comfortable.You don't need a car here as everything is in walking distance (great restaurants, beach, shopping, etc.) but if you have a vehicle there is plenty of parking (2 car garage, behind the garage 2 spaces and on the street).I had no issues during my stay! The host reached out and is very responsive to all questions you may have. I highly recommend this property! It deserves 12 stars (on a 5 star rating platform!
