Welcome to Apartment 01 “LUV”! This approximately 105-square-meter, 5-room duplex apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. In addition to amenities such as a fireplace and sauna, it particularly stands out for its covered south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun from noon until evening on comfortable seatingand lounge furniture from noon until evening.


On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room, which is wonderfully sunny and bright thanks to the spacious glass facade. Spacious and elegantly furnished, it features, among other things, a cosy sitting area, a large, new, modern LCD TV, a BOSE stereo system with 5.1-channel surround sound including a CD/DVD player, and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings on cold days.


The top-of-the-line BOSCH kitchen, harmoniously integrated into the living area, features a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and various small appliances that round out the amenities. Of course, there is also plenty of cookware and tableware available. You can choose to dine at the large dining table or outside on the terrace.


The two bedrooms on the ground floor are each equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm with a full-length mattress), a modern LCD TV, and ample closet space for your clothes. The bedroom windows are fitted with fly screens.


The large bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet, urinal, a sink with a large mirror and a hair dryer, as well as plenty of hooks and shelving for your toiletries. The smaller bathroom also features a shower/toilet and a sink.


A MIELE washing machine and MIELE dryer are available for your use free of charge. Of course, ironing supplies are also provided.


Another bonus is the large sauna, which you can also use at any time free of charge—perfect after refreshing walks on the beach and for your very own private wellness moments.


A somewhat steeper staircase (not suitable for small children or people with disabilities) leads to the attic, where gently sloping ceilings create a particularly cosy atmosphere. Here you’ll find an open-concept living/dining area with a flat-screen TV, a BOSE stereo system, and a small corner couch; a lovely rooftop terrace for enjoying the evening sun; and the third bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed.

The “LUV” apartment is perfect for 1–6 people, but can also be booked for up to 7 people thanks to the sleeping space on the couch (in the lower living room—not a pull-out sofa). Your well-behaved dog is also welcome upon prior notice and for a small fee. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, smoking is not permitted indoors.
