Communication with the host was excellent, the property management office is located right at the communities entrance. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The canal in the back of the house was easy for fishing and the beach was straight across from the neighborhood entrance, from the house it was about a 3 minute drive, and you park on the beach! The whole area seemed, family friendly and pet friendly! Would definitely return!
