It features an entrance area with a wardrobe, a combined living and sleeping area equipped with a comfortable relax sofa, TV, and an electric fireplace, along with direct access to a furnished balcony. The sleeping area includes a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with external shades. A separate room provides a raised workspace with a view of the Baltic Sea, a sofa, and a wardrobe, divided from the kitchen by a sliding door. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, stove, oven, and a dining area for two. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and WC. Community amenities include a swimming pool, table tennis room, and laundry facilities, all accessible using the house key. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
