The apartment was comfortable with Heat/AC units in the Bdrms and and living area. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes and the washer/dryer was great. We were a quick walk from the subway and the tram and there are several grocery stores within 2 blocks of the apartment. We took the subway from our stop to all the attractions and it was very convenient.

The air conditioning was not working properly. It was 32C when we arrived.The terrace was in a deplorable state, covered in dirt and pigeon droppings.I am not recommanding this apartment.

Gastgeberin immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in der Kommunikation. Gute Lage direkt bei Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Fahrrad rd. 15 min in die Innenstadt (Auto können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir mit dem Rad gereist sind.) An sich super schöne, geschmackvoll möblierte Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick durch die riesigen Fenster und von der Dachterrasse aus, aber bei Sommerhitze auf der Dachterrasse unerträglich und in der Wohnung sehr heiß durch die großen Glasflächen, die keine richtige Beschattung haben, weil es keine außenliegenden Jalousien gibt; Fußböden, Bad, Küche alles sauber, aber Polstermöbel und Stuhlbezüge schon ziemlich abgenutzt und fleckig. Manche offensichtlich abwaschbaren Flecken habe ich selbst entfernt. Superwaschmaschine mit gleichzeitiger Trocknerfunktion, gute Spülmaschine; gute Nespresso Maschine. Hinsichtlich Geschirr/Küchenutensilien z. T. etwas sparsam ausgerüstet (nur 4 normale Trinkgläser; keine Haushaltschere; schlechte Küchenmesser; nur eine mittelgroße Schüssel). Insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommener Zustand.

Tolle, geräumige, helle Wohnung mit einem phantastischen Blick über Wien. Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem/der Vermieter:in. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nah bei. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden garantiert wiederkommen!

Highlight mit Dachterrasse

Waren eine Woche da und haben uns wohlgefühlt: gutes Platzangebot für Mensch und Koffer, bequeme Betten, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung im Dachgeschoss - und das alles mit einem Außenaufzug. Der Dachgarten-Rundumblick sucht seinesgleichen. Küchenausstattung ist Standard.

Tolle Wohnung in interessanter Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der geräumigen Wohnung sehr genossen. Viel Platz für Koffer und Kleidung,gute Betten und vor allem die tolle Dachterasse haben uns besonders gefallen. Ein gewisses Highlight ist die Umgebeung:ein belebter Markt wie in Istanbul, gute interessante Restaurants und kurze Wege zum Einkaufen. Wir weren gerne die Wohnung wieder nutzen.
