, is located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Koserow on the island of Usedom. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

flat-screen TV,
- kitchen area with kitchenette (oven, microwave, 4-zone - induction cooktop, refrigerator with
freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle) as well as a dining table
- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a closet
You’ll find a parking space for your car right next to the house. A lockable bike shed is also located right next to the house.
Our property has a total of 3 holiday apartments.
Parking spaces are available right at the house. All apartments feature underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi.
There is also a lockable bike storage area on the property.
