The modern kitchen (including an oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, and much more) is perfect for cooking, and the cosy living area offers plenty of space for evenings spent together.

The two bedrooms upstairs provide ample space for a total of 5 people: The master bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a single bed (100 x 200 cm).

Please bring your own bed linens and towels. You can also book these as an optional extra for a fee.

The bathroom, which gets natural light, features a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
The staircase to the upper floor is a standard staircase (not a space-saving staircase).

Utility costs (electricity, water, sewage, and heating) are billed based on your personal usage (metre readings) and deducted from your security deposit after checkout.

You may optionally bring a pet for an additional fee. Please understand that we can only accept pets that are clean and well-behaved. Pets are not allowed on the beds.
