Quiet sea view house with pool in residence, close to Cannes, walk to beach

Our charming holiday home (number 41) with sea views from each of the 2 floors and pool is located in a quiet, upscale and well-kept residence (Rochemarine) with community pool, just 18 km from Cannes. The residence is located both by the sea and by the Esterel nature reserve with a variety of hiking and biking trails. It can be reached via one of the most beautiful coastal roads or by boat in high season. The beach and the harbor can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The holiday home offers total privacy and wonderful sea views and is spread over 2 floors with 2.5 rooms. It can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. On the ground floor there is a very small bedroom for only 1 person with a sofa bed that can easily be converted into a single bed, a guest toilet and the dining/living room with an open kitchen including a washing machine and access to the 9 sqm garden terrace and a small garden. From the garden it is 2 minutes to the resident's community pool. The sofa in the living area can be converted into a 1.50 wide and 2 m long bed. On the upper floor there is another toilet, a bathroom with a bathtube/Shower and the bedroom with a 1.40 bed and a 9 sqm private and secluded sea view terrace. You can park your car in a spacious underground car park. In the low season the minimum rental period is 3 days, in the high season it is 1 week. Bed linen and towels can be booked for an additional charge of Euro 60 per stay/person.
