This bright and beautiful two-room holiday apartment is the ideal holiday home for families. From the large balcony with its beach chair, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea over the first row of low-rise buildings. An electric awning provides convenient sun protection.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove and is integrated into the combined living and dining area. The bedroom, featuring a skylight, is furnished with a cosy double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm) and includes an additional TV. The separate walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space. The tastefully and warmly furnished living and dining area also features a sleeper sofa (sleeping surface 120 cm x 200 cm). The modern bathroom is en suite and features a floor-to-ceiling shower.

The holiday rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for the duration of your stay for a fee.

All of our properties are non-smoking. One dog with a shoulder height of up to 40 cm is allowed to stay for an additional fee.
One parking space is included.
A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.

The beach is just a few steps away without having to cross a street. Look forward to a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea with a panoramic view!


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—especially pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
