Es ist ein schönes Haus, nahe am Meer. Es entspricht den Beschreibungen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Im Obergeschoss sind alle Räume mit sehr modernen (sehr leisen) Klimaanlagen ausgestattet.Vor allem bei den Schlafzimmern nach Südwesten war dies von Vorteil, weil diese sich am Nachmittag durch die großen Fenster bei gutem Sommerwetter stark aufheizen.Am ersten Tag hatte wir Probleme, die Klimaanlage in Betrieb zu nehmen. Sie ist so angeschlossen, dass sie nur läuft, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind. Das muss man wissen. Als wir das festgestellt hatten, liefen die Klimaanlagen sehr gut und ohne Probleme.Das Haus hat eine schöne Terrasse mit einem großen Tisch, an dem man sehr gut mit der ganzen Gruppe zum Abendessen sitzen kann. Der hintere Gartenbereich mit der Terrasse ist von hohen Bäumen umgeben. Das ist sehr angenehm. Man sitzt schön im Grünen, inmitten der Natur.
