The Space:

Our Favorite Things About The Place in Chattanooga

The open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room create a welcoming space to gather with family and friends. Upstairs, the lounge has a foosball table, board games, and a 65-inch smart TV. All three bedrooms have 55-inch smart TVs and plush memory-foam mattresses. The home was professionally designed by owner Stacie Bond.



Home Layout

This three-story home has a two-car garage. The entry foyer includes a half bathroom, coat storage, and room for bags. Stairs lead to the main floor, where a bright living area has a large sofa for the group. Down the hall, the spacious primary bedroom has ample closet space and a private bathroom with a tiled shower and double vanity. The main floor also has a half bathroom, laundry room, and an enclosed outdoor patio for dining.



On the third floor are two queen bedrooms, one with an attached full bathroom, and a spacious bonus area. Two mustard-colored sofas convert into twin beds for additional sleeping space.

The Place in Chattanooga is in North Shore, close to local restaurants and a short drive from the riverfront. Some neighborhood dining options are within walking distance, and Coolidge Park, the North Shore shops, and downtown attractions across the river are nearby.



Getting Around:

We recommend a vehicle to get to and from the home and explore all our city has to offer. Some restaurants are within walking distance, and the North Shore riverfront is about a 5-minute drive away. Uber and Lyft also serve this location.

This is a truly special retreat, and we invite guests to enjoy the home and amenities while treating the property and surrounding grounds with care and respect.



We strictly DO NOT allow smoking, events, or parties.



Early Check-In & Late Checkout: Requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Please message us at least 24 hours before your arrival or departure date. Standard check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. If approved, the first hour of early check-in or late checkout costs $40, with additional hours charged at $10 per hour.



Driveway & Parking: The driveway to the garage is very steep. Medium and large vehicles can generally use it, while smaller vehicles should approach with caution. Street parking is also available.



Garage Opener: A $50 deposit is required to use the garage door opener. You may otherwise open and close the door from inside the garage.



Stairs: The home sits on a hill and has three flights of stairs. Please consider this if anyone in your group has difficulty with stairs.



TVs: Cable is not provided. Please use your own accounts for streaming.
