I love this place! It was quaint and had a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. The apartment was a 12 minute scenic walk along the river from the Bahnhof (train station) Although it was in a quiet street, it was relatively close to shops, cafes, walking paths, and skiing facilities. The owner was very nice. I will definitely come again!

Wir waren für sechs Nächte in der Wohnung und haben erst zwei Tage vorher gebucht, klasse wie schnel

Pros: Wir waren für sechs Nächte in der Wohnung und haben erst zwei Tage vorher gebucht, klasse wie schnell und spontan das mit der netten Vermieterin noch geklappt hat. Die Wohnung war in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand und der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten bis zum Skistadion, zur Partnachklamm und zum (Zugspitz-)Bahnhof, und 15 bis zum Schwimmbad und zur Fußgängerzone. Und Garmisch an sich hat schon eine super Lage, mit unmittelbarer Nähe zur Zugspitze und vielen anderen Zielen mit weniger als einer Stunde Fahrzeit (z.B. Schloss Neuschwanstein). Die Wohnung ist in einer kleinen Straße, weshalb es sehr ruhig ist. Außerdem hat man aus Wohnzimmerfenster und von der gemütlichen Terrasse tolle Ausblicke. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Küche und der TV sind sehr modern. Auch am Bad gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Wohnung haben wir super sauber vorgefunden. Nur das WLAN war für Smartphones etwas schwach, auf dem Laptop Serien gucken hat aber prima geklappt. Insgesamt würden wir die Wohnung jedem Paar weiterempfehlen, denn das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist kaum zu schlagen!
