Gather around the fire pit once the sun goes down, or stretch out on the sun loungers with the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella we provide. The backyard is fully private and fenced — your own space, no shared walls, no shared pool.

*POOL HEATING*
Heated pool available on request for $100 per night, with a 2-night minimum. For consistent water temperature, heating must stay on for your entire stay. Please request it at least 48 hours before check-in so the pool has time to warm up.

Please don't remove or turn off the pool vacuum. It runs on a set schedule, and disconnecting it can damage the equipment.

Please let us know about all pets in advance. Unreported pets, or pet-related damage, may result in charges of up to $500. This includes pet waste left on the property, excessive hair on bedding or furniture, and chewing or scratching.
