A fantastic 145 m² of living space with a sauna, balcony, and terrace for up to six people awaits you at “Haus im Süden”!<br><br>The holiday home was extensively renovated and completely refurnished in the spring of 2018. Modern design, high-quality furnishings, and thoughtful details make it your personal oasis of well-being on Wangerooge!<br><br>Sunbathing is included in your stay at “Haus im Süden”! For example, you can relax wonderfully on the rooftop terrace with its cosy lounge sofa! From the furnished balcony on the ground floor, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. And on the terrace—complete with a beach chair, high-quality awning, rattan seating area, and gas grill—you can spend unforgettable holiday evenings with the whole family. Adjacent to the terrace is a south-facing garden. <br><br>You can also completely unwind in the light-filled living room with its cosy sofa nook and large dining table! A modern flat-screen TV with cable TV, Netflix, and Sky is available here—free of charge, of course. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the entire holiday rental.<br><br>An open-concept designer kitchen—featuring, among other things, a built-in oven and dishwasher—allows you to comfortably prepare your own meals. <br><br>With four separate bedrooms, “Haus im Süden” offers pleasant places to retreat. Three of the rooms are each equipped with a double bed. Another bedroom features two single beds (90x200 cm), which have been crafted as modern, unique bunk beds and thus offer a wonderful sleeping area, especially for children. Special hypoallergenic mattresses have been purchased for all beds.<br><br>You’ll also find a pampering atmosphere in the two bathrooms! Fully tiled walls in a Mediterranean style, along with modern vanities, high-quality fixtures, and either a walk-in shower or a sitting tub, give the rooms a 100% feel-good factor!<br><br>The Wangerooge holiday home features its own sauna! It’s the perfect place to unwind and let your mind wander after long walks on the beach...<br><br>Please understand that pets are not allowed.
