Welcome to our lovingly furnished "Galerie" holiday rental in a quiet location.<br>It is located on the upper floor of the renovated outbuilding on our farm and can accommodate two adults and two children.<br>Just a short walk and you’ll be by the water or in the woods.<br><br>The accommodation<br>The 43 m² holiday rental offers plenty of space to relax: The bright, sun-drenched living area invites you to relax with a cosy reading and TV nook.<br>Wooden furniture creates a warm, homely atmosphere in every room.<br>A comfortable double bed can be separated from the rest of the room by a curtain if needed—ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements.<br><br>In the separate small bedroom, a bunk bed awaits our younger guests—cosy and practical at the same time.<br><br>The open kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and everything you need for cooking.<br><br>The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet.<br>✔ Free Wi-Fi<br>✔ Insect screens on some windows<br>✔ Travel cot & high chair available free of charge upon request<br><br>Outside, a spacious courtyard awaits you with various seating areas for sunbathing, reading, or simply taking a breather. Check-in and check-out are always on Saturday. During the off-season, stays start at three nights, and check-in and check-out dates are flexible.<br><br>Additional costs:<br><br>Energy costs: 0.35 € / kWh (approx. 2.00 € per day; during the heating season, 5.00–8.00 €). These costs are billed in cash on site based on actual consumption.<br><br><br>We recommend travelling by car.<br>Bed linens, towels, and tea towels are included.<br>No visitor’s tax is charged.
