Beautiful grounds

The ranch property is beautiful. The townhouse is nice, but be aware that the kitchen and living room are up two stories, with the bedrooms on the middle floor and garage/entry on the ground level. But the magic of this place is the amazing and massive meadow area with cold springs, hammocks, pond with lots of frogs and birds, pool, and tree-shaded lawn. It’s like having your own giant oasis in your backyard.

Great location

Perfect stay for a multi generational family looking to be in arches/canyonlands by day and close proximity to hotels or amenities in house at night. Coffee shop on site was great for breakfast on the go. Pool after hiking was great. Only thing I would recommend is reach out to the management team for arrangements in advance if you plan to bring 2 larger vehicles. We had a Toyota Highlander and it only fit in the second garage bay.

Thank you for your kind and detailed feedback! We’re so glad to hear the home was a great fit for your multi-generational group and that the location worked well for exploring Arches and Canyonlands. It’s wonderful that you were able to enjoy the on-site coffee shop for easy mornings and relax by the pool after a day of hiking—that’s exactly the kind of experience we hope to provide. We also really appreciate you sharing the note about vehicle size and parking. That’s very helpful for future guests, and we agree—reaching out in advance is the best way to ensure parking arrangements go smoothly, especially with larger vehicles. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your experience. We’d love to host you and your family again on your next visit!
