Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the common area of the underground car park for a fee. Outdoor parking space No. 48 is assigned to the apartment.

Depending on the apartment, you can enjoy your stay on a balcony or terrace—some even with a view of the Baltic Sea. A special highlight: The swimming pool and sauna at the neighbouring recreation centre are available during their respective opening hours—and for some apartments, even free of charge. Dogs are also welcome in select apartments. Beach access, relaxation, and that Baltic Sea vibe—all right at your doorstep!
